He is willing to help his customers by offering you a free computer diagnosis. He is a certified quality tec. His prices are much lower than Best Buy, or other stores that you might go to. He stands behind his work! My computer crashed after I did a Microsoft update, Mr. Can fixed the problem and recommended to me some ideas, for internet use and how to avoid other problems in the future. "I did comparative shopping of computer repairs as to: prices, location, and availability of when computer repairs would be completed. CCCShas impressive knowledge of computers, diagnosed the problem over the phone (multiple virus), and confirmed upon actual inspection. Diagnostics were free, No Hidden Fees! The price I was quoted was the price I paid, and nothing more. Everything was explained upfront in writing such as: what the problem was, how it would be resolved, and all costs. Atmosphere was professional and friendly; clean windows and floor, answered my questions in easy understandable terms. My computer was ready at appointed time (1 day service). Have recommended to friends and will be a repeat customer. "

"My recent visit, 9/17 - 18/10 was very satisfactory. I turned my computer in 9/17/10 because of problems stemming from a virus and I needed more memory. My computer is vital to me now because I am taking online classes. I called ahead a of time to discuss what was needed and how much will I spend. Mr. Young was patient and answered all of my questions. When I picked up my computer 9/18/10, not only did he go over what was done but assisted me further with my computer problems and walked over ever application that made my computer up-to-date. "I  saw Community Computer Service in the internet and called to explain the problem with our office computer and the gentleman ask to bring the computer in because they diagnose computer for free. So I took in on Saturday evning and by Monday the computer was repair and at a reasonable price. Ken was very friendly and helpful...I would recommend them better than Geek Squad."
